Our property is conveniently located right across the street from the University of South Florida - campus can be seen from our front door! 

We are also surrounded by great restaurants, coffee shops, and farmers’ markets under 10 minutes away. Busch Gardens is less than 10 minutes away, and fireworks are visible from our rooftop. Additionally, we are only 30 minutes away from Downtown Tampa!  

Yes, all of our apartments are fully furnished!

Fingerprint Access: Park Place at Tampa features fingerprint scanners at entrances and throughout the building for enhanced security and controlled access. 

We offer the following security deposit/security deposit alternative(s):  

If you add a guarantor to your lease who meets all criteria, then you will not have to pay a security deposit.  

If you are able to meet the requirements to self-qualify, you will pay a reduced refundable security deposit. If you do not want to pay the security deposit in one single payment, you can pay a reduced non-refundable security deposit alternative, which is billed in monthly installments.  

If you neither add a qualified guarantor, nor self-qualify, you will have to pay a refundable security deposit equal in value to 2x your monthly base rent. We also offer the option to pay a reduced non-refundable security deposit alternative, which is billed in monthly installments.  

Your security deposit payment or enrollment in the security deposit alternative (if applicable) should be received by the 1st day of the month your lease starts. ​

We offer complimentary overnight parking for guests for up to 72 hours. Guests can park in available spots before the parking garage gate or in the spots located in front of the building.  

Guests must register their vehicles in register2park.com. It may only remain in the spot for 24 hours unless another registration is completed before the time expires. There is a maximum of 3 consecutive registrations.
